LED ILLUMINATORS

RING LIGHTS

  • Spot lighting using original converging technology;

  • Applications: dimension measuring; light source for telecentric lenses, for inspecting alignment of LCD's or circuit boards; OCR; position inspection; light source for spot illumination; others.

SPOT LIGHTS

  • Diffuse, Convergent and Oblique Angled Lighting, provided by an emitting surface equipped with LED's in a straight line;

  • Applications: Visual Web Inspection (stains spots, holes, scratches, foreign material, fish eye, streaks, wrinkles, folding and bumps); others.

LINE LIGHTS

  • Direct light at a low angle light from an angled emitting part.

  • Applications: inspection of engraved characters on metal surfaces, damage or stains, mixed foreign materials; edge extraction; others.

"LA" RING LIGHTS

  • Diffused light evenly provided through a dome-shaped reflective surface;

  • Applications: visual inspection of glossy, curved or uneven surfaces; text, color determination, engraved characters inspections; stains or damage inspections; others.

DOME LIGHTS

  • IR - 850 / 940nm;

  • Shapes: ring, flat dome dome, bar, flat, coaxial;

  • Light Irradiation: direct, diffuse, coaxial;

  • Applications: compared to visible red light, infrared light has a low scattering rate and high transmittance rate. It is used in imaging which penetrates printed patterns or liquids, foreign material.

IR LIGHTS

  • Diffused illumination from a flat emitting surface;

  • Applications: inspection of liquid surfaces, pinhole, scratches and defects in transparent materials, burrs in metals parts, stains, faults, foreign items; measurements; reading engraved texts; others

BACKLIGHTS

  • Recreates the effect of a Dome Light using a thin case design;

  • Applications: Appearance or text inspection on metal, curved, or uneven surfaces; mixed foreign material inspection in food and medicine; OCR of packaging; inspection of text on can surfaces; others.

FLAT DOME LIGHTS

  • UV  - 365 / 385nm; 

  • Shapes: ring, bar, square, spot;

  • Applications: foreign matter on paper; contact lenses; invisible codes; alignment of transparent films; detection of seal material by fluorescent excitation; inspection using differences in reflectivity and in scattering rates; others.

UV LIGHTS

  • A flat emitting surface provides light from the same axis of the camera;

  • Applications: Inspection of FIPG sealing material on metal components; stains and foreign materials in disposable diapers; reading engraved text on piston ring; robot picking; among others.

FLAT LIGHTS

  • A cutting-edge method for inspecting bumps on a reflective surface;

  • Applications: Inspection for bumps on reflective surfaces such as
    mirrors, metal sheets, films, glass and
    liquid crystals parts; others.
