Web Aligners

The alignment of a continuous sheet (paper, plastic films, fabrics, rubber, etc..) Being processed on flexographic presses, rotographic, winders, and other expert review, is critical to ensure final product quality. This alignment can be accomplished by monitoring the deviation of the position of the edge of the material ("Aligner Edge") or a line printed on the material being monitored ("Line Follower").
The aligners Leaf Webline of Altec, can be applied to machines narrowband, medium and large, in versions Aligner Aligner and Electronic Sheet Sheet Pneumo-Hydraulic.

• Edge - used for edge detection of opaque materials. Output voltage proportional to the deflection edge (0-5 VDC) with range shift of 10 mm (+ / - 5 mm from the center of the sensor);
• Photoelectric Line - Versatile, accurate and very easy to adjust. Used in the detection of continuous or intermittent lines printed on the substrate, even if they are near or on printed images. RGB type sensor, detects any color lines. Output voltage proportional to the deflection edge (0-5 VDC); diameter of 9 mm focus;
3. Electromechanical Actuators
• Positioning fast and with high accuracy even at high speed machines;
