Magnetic Powder Brake
• Principle of Operation: Designed with two rotors. The magnetic particles are deposited in the free space between these rotors. The brake has a coil inductor, that when a current passes through it, it generates an electromagnetic field that aligns the particles. The greater the current through the coil, the higher the level of this brake the braking;
• Application: Used requiring torque transmission smooth, continuous sliding, without releasing dust inherent of brakes which use pads and mechanical friction against the disk;
• Use: Laminators, food industry, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, among others;
• Torque control precise, proportional to the applied current;
• Axis passerby;
• Lots of coolers;
• Easy to install;
• Quiet operation and free from dust;
