- The P L A T E M O U N T E R, Zeus is an automatic, PC Operated, machine, that was specifically developed and designed taking into consideration the needs of press operators and the characteristics of medium and wide web flexographic printing presses. The ZEUS is a computerized (PC Based) plate mounter, offered in different models and widths. According to the selected configuration, the ZEUS is suitable to mount, quickly and accurately, printing plates on cylinders only, sleeves only, and cylinders and sleeves (Universal Plate Mounter). The ZEUS minimizes press setup time, guarantees a significant increase in the quality of the printed material produced avoiding registration problems, minimizes substrate losses and increases the overall productivity of the Press Room.
